The global logistics network system has the strategic

International Airlines, shipping companies, Line haul
service, First mile, Middle mile and Last mile services,
etc. Greatly reduce the logisticss time and cost with
the systematization, order processing information
system, order releasing and the delivery integration.
Smart Logistic System
Windforce has an easy-to-use patented shipping and
logistics system for efficient and effective last-mile
delivery, including Real-time online tracking, OMS,
WMS, Riders app, Financial statement.

Customer Service
Customer service will be responsible for contacting customers for
scheduling orders if it is not scheduled by automated SMS technology
CS Team will call the customers after 60-90 minuets after picked up

OFD Out For Delivery
Couriers will scan the shipments via Driver App and load in the vehicle,
Customer will receive an automated SMS (With courier details) that the order
has been dispatched.
Couriers will use different methods of communication to convey their
message.

2 SMS
3 WhatsApp message & Voice Notes
If No answer, Courier will send SMS, WhatsApp msg ,Voice notes to the
customer, and will try again after certain intervals of time.
Team leaders are there to follow up each orders, make sure couriers are
attending each orders and also to update the exact reason.
If courier failed to deliver any order, There is a professional team for
debriefing. Once they confirmed all the reasons,RTOs are accepted.
There will be 4 attempts on each orders before it goes on hold for RTC.
